Even though we rented a compact SUV, Hertz bumped us into this incredible machine. Hertz has been moving toward EV rentals for a while now (and now seem to be exiting) and has a fleet including the Kia EV6, Chevy Bolt, Tesla Model 3/Y, and more. However, I didn’t know they also offer Mustang Mach-Es at select locations as part of their Ultimate Collection.

In our rental, my wife and I drive this around Nashville and the Natchez Trace Parkway to see what this Mustang has to offer.
Performance and Impressions
Ford did a great job creating a bold, fun electric Mustang. The acceleration is exhilarating, and the design is eye-catching. However, despite its impressive performance, we discovered that it’s just not the car for us.
