Reviving a Classic: The Chevy Beretta
People LOVE the Chevy Beretta! This particular Beretta was owned by my friends Sam and Tara, who finally let it go after it sat unused for over five years. It didn’t start, so they reluctantly gave it up, and we quickly found out why: mice.
After replacing some wiring and fixing a ground issue (thanks to our friends Coltin and Preston), Wolf Am Vet Cosmetic Restoration made this car look like new! With only 124,000 miles, it might be one of the best-preserved Berettas left.

A Rare Gem
Of the 906,000 Berettas produced, rare models like the GT, GTU, GTZ, and this Z26 were especially unique. Ours has the 3100 GM V6 and (unfortunately) an automatic transmission. Despite this, we had several people offer to buy it.
A New Home
Eventually, we sold it to the pastor of our church, who bought it for his son’s birthday. This Beretta, with its rich history and careful restoration, found a new lease on life and continues to be cherished.
